A fire safety assessment is a systematic evaluation of a premises to identify fire hazards and assess the risks to people.

 

Here are the key steps involved identify Fire Hazards:

 

  • Recognize potential sources of ignition and combustible materials within the premises and externally

  • Identify any hazards which could be harmful to occupants regarding fire safety​

  • Evaluate Risks: Assess who might be at risk and how to mitigate those risks.

  • Implement Measures: Take steps to remove or reduce the identified risks through a Qualitive Assessment  

  • Review Regularly: Regularly review and update the assessment to ensure ongoing safety

  • Follow a Checklist: Utilize a checklist to ensure all aspects of fire safety are covered. Conducting a fire safety assessment is essential for compliance with safety regulations and to protect lives in the event of a fire

  • ​Ensure all findings are suitable conveyed to client and follow up on a regular basis to ensure compliance has been implemented successfully 

  • Review Fire Assessments on an annual basis to ensure Regulatory Compliance has been achieved 

  • Our Fire Assessors are NEBOSH trained with Fire Certificate & Diploma
