We serve as a key interface between Design, Construction and Client Stakeholders. We lead and manage the full Commissioning lifecycle through pre-Design through to post occupancy Training.
Developing & implementing project specific commissioning plans and schedules. Coordinating commissioning activities for all MEP systems including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection & Suppression, BMS, Mechanical. Validating commissioning documentation, reviewing, approving ,managing third-party commissioning agents and specialist vendors.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards ASHRAE, Uptime Institute Tier Guidelines, ISO, Local Regulations & Engineering Design Guidelines. Facilitating lessons learned registers and closing out documentation for continuous improvement. Provide trouble shooting during Testing & Commissioning including technical guidance.
